He is wanting to take you out of the wilderness. To do that, you will have to learn to put your trust in Him while your there. I beleive that there are three areas in our lives that he wants us to trust Him in:
1) Giving
2) Our enemies
3) being servants.

When we learn to trust God in these areas he can start to bless our lives in ways we can't even think of

I am reminded about a guy that was going to follow the Lord in believers baptism and after the pastor had put him all the way under the water you could see him holding his wallet above the water. Usually the wallet is the last thing to get saved! If you are wanting to come out of the wilderness you will have to start trusting the Lord in your finances. If you are truly saved you will want to be a giver just as God is a giver, why? because, for those who are saved His spirit lives in them. Take a look at Romans 8:32, He who did not spare His own son, but gave him up for us all - how will He not also, along with Him, graciously give us all things. You see, God is the ultimate giver and he expects his children to do the same. There is no way around this issue, sooner or later you will have to trust the Lord in this area if you want to cross over. People worry to death about if they are going to loose something if they give back to the Lord; David himself said, " I was young and now I am old, but I have never seen the righteous forsaken nor his seed begging bread." When you start to trust the Lord in the giving of your finances this take you to an all new level in him and opens the door for all kinds of promises in His word like the one above. God will not let His children starve to death if they are truly trusting Him and giving back to Him.

Getting ready tocross over ( part3 )

One thing we must remember about giving, it is never in vain if done in the right frame of mind, or heart. Take a look at this; (2 Corinthians 9:7- each man should give what he has decided in his heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.) If there is anything "that could" make giving in vain it would be the condition of our hearts when we give. Go this week and read
1 Corinthians chapter 13 ( the love chapter), this chapter explains why to is so important to give with a heart of love. The Lord also said, (1 Corinthians 15:58 58Therefore, my dear brothers, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.) When we learn to give back to the Lord like we should,in the right frame of mind and heart, and always be about the Lord's business he will provide in ways you can't imagine. Take a look at this, ( Luke 6:38 38Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.") When you see the very words of the Lord Jesus Christ promising you something like this, then what do you and I have to worry about?

The next thing God wants us to learn is how to deal with our enemies. Yep, knowing how to deal with our enemies can mean the difference between us crossing over or staying in the wilderness. Look at what the bible says about our enemies; Romans 12:20 ( Therefore, if your enemy is hungry, feed him; If he is thirsty, give him a drink; For in doing so you will heap coals of fire on his head.) Keep in mind that the wicked will not get away with it forever. In Hebrews 10:30 it says ( for we know Him who said it is mine to avenge; I will repay. And in Romans 12:19 ( Do not take revenge, my friends, but leave room for God's wrath.) Think of this, your good deeds toward those who do you wrong could lead them to Christ and it is showing your light in a dark world.
